Tuesday – up and down the ladder
Marathoners = 800, 2 x 400, 4 x 200, 2 x 400, 800
Half Marathoners = 800, 400, 4 x 200, 400, 800
Thursday – tempo runs of 4 miles or 8 miles (8 milers run the 4 mile map twice)
Saturday – there will be a long run departing the zero at 7:00:00 am Saturday morning. Off the trail this week for 8.00 miles or 16.02 miles. Breakfast at Cheko’s (1304 W Koenig) with FREE cake for November birthdays!
