Week of 11/10/2019

Tuesday is the second Tuesday of November. Normally that would mean happy hour after Tuesday’s track workout. Due to the NXNW happy hour a couple of Sundays ago we will not have one Tuesday.

Tuesday – 1600, 1200, 800, 400

Thursday – hilly fartleks

Saturday – there will be a long run departing the zero at 7:00:00 am Saturday morning. On/off the trail this week for 11 or 14 miles. Everybody starts with the lollipop. 11 milers finish by adding the 4 mile loop (counterclockwise) after you’ve returned to the zero. 14 milers finish by adding the 7 mile loop (counterclockwise) after you’ve returned to the zero. There will be a cooler (ok, probably two…one with water, one with Gatorade) at Barton Hills/Wilke that you’ll pass twice on the lollipop. Breakfast at Rudy’s (3914 N Lamar) as close to your finish time as you can manage.
