Having a hard time deciding on a Christmas gift for that person in your life that has everything? How about an ATX Runners hat?? It’s so reflective!
Dr. Buob will not be at this evening’s workout, she has rescheduled to next Tuesday. If you can’t wait a week to see her…she can see you at her office!
Tuesday – timed mile, Indian file mile, timed mile
Thursday – hilly fartleks
Saturday – there will be a long run departing the zero at 7:00:00 am Saturday morning. We’ll start with the lollipop and finish with the 7 mile loop on the trail counterclockwise for a total of 14 miles. Remember, you must return to the zero before starting the 7 mile loop or you will be short of the 14 miles the doctor ordered. There will be a cooler or two on Barton Hills at Wilke. Breakfast at Rudy’s (3914 N Lamar) at 9:50:50 am.

Hello I will be joining Saturday and am not familiar with the lollipop location. I don’t run the downtown trail often. Please advise. I am about an 11:45 pace for my long runs.
