You may have heard a rumor that Tuesday’s track workout time has changed to 7:00 am Tuesday morning. That rumor is true.
Tuesday – 5.5 mile tempo at 7:00 am!
Thursday – tempo runs of 3 miles (half marathoners) or 4 miles (marathoners)
Saturday – there will be a long run departing the zero at 7:00:00 am Saturday morning. Half marathoners are off/on the trail this week for 11.44 miles by starting with this 8 miler and adding this 3.44 miler. Marathoners are off the trail for 20.25 miles. Liquids as follows:
