Week of 1/5/2020

Tuesday being the first Tuesday of the month, along with the first Tuesday of the year, Dr. J from Performance Wellness will join us at the track workout. Bring your non-New Year related maladies for some FREE Active Release!

In addition to our three regular workouts this week (Tuesday, Thursday, and Saturday) you’ve been invited to join the Austin Marathon Pacers this SUNDAY 1/12/2020 to run the Austin Half Marathon course with the pacers. Click here for info (requires a facebook account).

Tuesday – 400m repeats
Marathoners = 12 x 400 (6 w/a partner, 6 without)
Half Marathoners = 8 x 400 (6 w/a partner, 2 without)

Thursday – repeats from Joe’s Stump
Marathoners = 8 (work the up, recover on the down)
Half Marathoners = 6 (work the up, recover on the down)

Saturday – there will be a long run departing the zero at 7:00:00 am Saturday morning. Off the trail this week for 18.34 miles or 10.53 miles. Liquids at the following spots:

Water @ the rock
Gatorade @ Enfield/Woodlawn
Water @ Guadalupe/45th
Gatorade @ Dean Keeton/San Jacinto
Water @ Tillery/5th
