Tuesday – Fartleks (fast segments of 1, 1.5, 2, 2.5, 3, 2.5, 2, 1.5, 1 w/ 1 slow minute at the start and another slow minute between each fast segment)
Thursday – 800m repeats from Joe’s Stump
Fun Group = 4
Fast Group = 6
Saturday – there will be a long run departing the zero at 7:00:00 am Saturday morning. On the trail this week for 4, 7, or 10 miles. Breakfast at Cheko’s (1304 W Koenig) at 9:05:05 am w/ FREE cake for February birthdays.
