This week is the first week of March, Dr. J from Performance Wellness will be at Tuesday’s workout getting rid of anything that’s holding you back from what’s next.
Tuesday – 800s and 400s
Fun Group = 3 x (800, 400)
Fast Group = 4 x (800, 400)
Thursday – tempo runs of 5 miles or 3 miles (3 milers turn back at the cooler)
Saturday – there will be a long run departing the zero at 7:00:00 am Saturday morning. On/off the trail this week for 7 miles or 11 miles. 11 milers add the 4 mile loop on the trail AFTER returning to the zero per the map. If you hang a left at the Barton Springs footbridge and merely “complete” the 4 mile loop when returning from the lollipop you’ll be 2 miles short. Breakfast at El Borrego de Oro (3900 S Congress) at 9:10:10 am.
