Speed – (does not have to be done on a track) warm up with an easy mile then run 6 x 800 at Yasso pace before cooling down with an easy mile (Strava label = SPEED)
Thursday Tempo – meet at 10th/Wayside near O. Henry and warm up on your own then at 6:10 pm half marathoners will run a 3 mile tempo and marathoners will run a 4 mile tempo in small, socially distant groups by pace then cool down with an easy mile (Strava label = TEMPO)
Saturday Long Run – there will be a 10.01 mile long run in small pace groups starting at County Line World Headquarters (512 E Riverside) at various times (Strava label = LONG)
