We have now restarted all of our weekly workouts within the confines of the guidance provided by the powers that be.
Tuesday – arrive at 10th/Wayside near O. Henry to warm up on your own with an easy mile then at 6:10 pm we’ll begin a socially distant FARTLEK by anticipated overall pace/mile for a continuous 26 minutes then cool down with an easy mile. Bring your own fluids. (Strava label = SPEED)
Thursday – arrive at 10th/Wayside near O. Henry to warm up on your own with an easy mile then at 6:10 pm we’ll begin a socially distant tempo run of 3 miles (half marathoners linked route x 3) or 4 miles (marathoners linked route x 4) then cool down with an easy mile. Bring your own fluids. (Strava label = TEMPO)
Saturday – there will be a long run departing from County Line World Headquarters (512 E Riverside) at various times by pace (see weekly email on Friday from runners@countlyline.com). Everybody starts with this 8 miler then the half marathoners are finished and the marathoners tack on this 6.3 miler. (Strava label = LONG)
