Henry at 10th/Wayside and warm up on your own with an easy mile before the workout (which begins at 6:00 pm…YES 6:00 PM)…make sure you bring your own fluids and wear bright/lighted/reflective gear. Then run a 10k (fast group and/or April Fools) or a 5k (fun group). Cool down with an easy mile. (Strava label = SPEED)

Saturday – there will be a long run departing from the ZERO MILE MARKER (676 W Riverside) at various times in small groups by pace (see Friday’s email for details). Half-marathoners = 13.1 miles and Marathoners = 26.2 miles. Too far?? No worries, how about this 8 miler? Still too long??? Start out on the 8 mile route and turn around when you’ve run half as far as you want to. (Strava label = LONG)
