November is here and we lost an hour of daylight on Sunday so it’s time to break out your brightest, lightest, reflective gear (if you haven’t already)!
Tuesday – meet near O. Henry at 10th/Wayside at 6:00 pm and warm up with drills…we’ll have water/Gatorade. Then run 7 x Yasso 800s.
Thursday – meet near O. Henry at 10th/Wayside at 6:00 pm and warm up with drills…we’ll have water/Gatorade. Then run a tempo run of 3 miles (half marathoners) or 6 miles (marathoners).
Saturday – there will be a long run departing from the zero at 7:00:00 am. Off/on the trail this week for 5.02 miles, 9.18 miles, or 15.26 miles (tack the linked route onto the 9.18 mile route linked prior to). Breakfast at Rudy’s (3914 N Lamar) at 10:01:00 am.
