Items of note – (1) it appears at the moment that we will not be able to have our traditional pre Austin Marathon party. We’re working on some alternatives…stay tuned!
Tuesday – meet near O. Henry at 10th/Wayside for an easy 1 mile warm up before the drills which begin at 6:00 pm…we’ll have water available. Then run 6 – 10 Yasso 800s. Cool down with an easy mile.
Thursday – meet near O. Henry at 10th/Wayside for an easy 1 mile warm up before the drills which begin at 6:00 pm…we’ll have water available. Then run a 5 mile tempo. Cool down with an easy mile.
Saturday – there will be a long run departing the zero at 7:00:00 am. Mostly off the trail this week for 6.70 miles, 10.01 miles (half marathoners), or 14.20 miles (marathoners). Breakfast at Rudy’s (3914 N Lamar) at 9:45:46 am.
