Items of note – (1) it appears at the moment that we will not be able to have our traditional pre Austin Marathon party. We’re working on some alternatives…stay tuned! (2) Chelsea = awesome happy hour! (3) Al = way to coach fools up to PRs and age group domination at 3M!!
Tuesday – meet near O. Henry at 10th/Wayside for an easy 1 mile warm up before the drills which begin at 6:00 pm…we’ll have water available. Then run (marathoners) 5 x 1000m or (half marathoners) 4 x 1000m. Cool down with an easy mile.
Thursday – meet near O. Henry at 10th/Wayside for an easy 1 mile warm up before the drills which begin at 6:00 pm…we’ll have water available. Then run 4 x hilly 1200m.
Saturday – there will be a long run departing the zero at 7:00:00 am. Mostly off the trail this week for 22.28 miles, 10.37 miles, or 6.14 miles. Breakfast at Taco Joint (134 E Riverside) at some point when you arrive between 7:59:59 am and 11:30:01 am.
