Item of note – it appears at the moment that we will not be able to have our traditional pre Austin Marathon party. We’re working on some alternatives…stay tuned!
Tuesday – meet near O. Henry at 10th/Wayside for an easy 1 mile warm up before the drills which begin at 6:00 pm…we’ll have water available. Then run (marathoners) 400m, 800m, 1600m, 1600m, 800m, and 400m or (half marathoners) 400m, 800m, 1600m, 800m, and 400m. Cool down with an easy mile.
Thursday – meet near O. Henry at 10th/Wayside for an easy 1 mile warm up before the drills which begin at 6:00 pm…we’ll have water available. Then run a tempo run of (half marathoners) 3 miles or (marathoners) 6 miles.
Saturday – there will be a long run departing the zero at 7:00:00 am. Mostly off the trail this week for 13.39 miles, 8.00 miles, or 4.20 miles. Breakfast at Cheko’s (1304 W Koenig) at 9:44:44 am.
