Seems like we were just gasping at the fact it was April and just like that it’s May. How does this keep happening?
Tuesday – meet near O. Henry at 10th/Wayside for an easy 1 mile warm up before the drills which begin at 6:00 pm…we’ll have water available. Then run 400m repeats (Fast Group = 6 x 400 w/a partner and 4 x 400 solo, Fun Group = 6 x 400 w/a partner). Cool down with an easy mile.
Thursday – meet near O. Henry at 10th/Wayside for an easy 1 mile warm up before the drills which begin at 6:00 pm…we’ll have water available. Then run hilly 1000m repeats (Fast Group = 5 x 1000, Fun Group = 3 x 1000). Cool down with an easy mile.
Saturday – there will be a long run departing from the zero mile marker at 7:00:00 am. Off the trail this week for 12.02 miles, 10.00 miles, 7.03 miles, or 4.61 miles. Breakfast at Rudy’s (3914 N Lamar) as soon as you arrive.
