Tuesday – meet near O. Henry at 10th/Wayside for an easy 1 mile warm up before the drills which begin at 6:00 pm…we’ll have water available. Then run (Fast Group) 6 x 400 w/a partner followed by 2 x 400 solo or (Fun Group) 6 x 400 w/a partner. Cool down with an easy mile.
Thursday – meet near O. Henry at 10th/Wayside for an easy 1 mile warm up before the drills which begin at 6:00 pm…we’ll have water available. Then do a tempo run of 3 miles or 4 miles. Cool down with an easy mile.
Saturday – there will be a long run departing from the zero mile marker at 7:00:00 am. Kind off but somewhat on the trail this week for 3.42 miles, 7.15 miles, 10.13 miles, or 12.04 miles. Breakfast at Austin Diner (5222 Burnet) at 9:11:12 am.
