Tuesday – meet near O. Henry at 10th/Wayside for an easy 1 mile warm up before the drills which begin at 6:00 pm…we’ll have water available. Then run (Fast Group) 5 x 800 or (Fun Group) 4 x 800 or (Fools Group) 6 x 800. We’re going to stay off the track and run in the shade of the neighborhood. Cool down with an easy mile.

Saturday – there will be a long run departing from the zero mile marker at 7:00:00 am. Kinda off but somewhat on the trail this week for 12.46 miles, 8.62 miles, or 4.11 miles. Breakfast at Cheko’s (1304 W Koenig) at 9:44:44 am.
