Tuesday – meet near O. Henry at 10th/Wayside for an easy 1 mile warm up before the drills which begin at 6:00 pm…we’ll have water available. Then do 6 sets of in/outs (where each set consists of striding the straights and jogging the curves for 3 minutes followed by a 2 minute rest). Cool down with an easy mile.
Thursday – meet near O. Henry at 10th/Wayside for an easy 1 mile warm up before the drills which begin at 6:00 pm…we’ll have water available. Then do a tempo run of 3 miles or 4 miles. Cool down with an easy mile.
Saturday – there will be a long run departing from the zero at 7:00:00 am Saturday morning. Almost entirely off the trail this week for 13.33 miles, 9.88 miles, 8.03 miles, or 4.26 miles. Breakfast at Taco Joint (134 E Riverside) at 9:20:01 am or the minute you arrive.
