Happy Mother’s Day to all the mommies!

SAVE THE DATE – May’s happy hour will be on Tuesday, May 19th, immediately following the track workout.

Saturday’s long run, in addition to NOT starting at the zero, will feature swag from the Austin Marathon as part of their launch week (this week…5/12 – 5/19). Luke will be handing out the goodies before (and perhaps, after) the run…thanks, Luke!!

Tuesday – meet near O. Henry at 10th/Wayside for an easy 1 mile warm up before the drills which begin at 6:00 pm…we’ll have water available. Then do Yasso 800s (fast group = 6, fun group = 4) Cool down with an easy mile.

Thursday – meet near O. Henry at 10th/Wayside for an easy 1 mile warm up before the drills which begin at 6:00 pm…we’ll have water available. Then do a hilly tempo run of 3 miles (fun group) or 5 miles (fast group). Cool down with an easy mile.

Saturday – there will be a long run departing from County Line World Headquarters (512 E Riverside) at 7:00:00 am Saturday morning. It’s out/back Saturday this week for 10.01 miles or 6.27 miles. Breakfast at Taco Joint (134 E Riverside) at 9:10:11 am.
