I don’t recall there being a clear whiner of the workout tonight. The group seemed to take the hills and the heat in stride.

Severe Recovery Mode Group = 2
News – there will be a long run on Saturday departing the zero at 7:00:00 am. We’ll be doing the Barton Hills Lollipop plus whatever additional trail you want to do. Sauvie Islanders are scheduled for 20 and should be departing the zero at 5:45:00 am for around 8 miles extra, plus the lollipop, and finishing with 7 mile loop on the trail. Breakfast at Galaxy Cafe on West Lynn @ 8:58:58 am.
