The Workout – 6 mile tempo
News – there will be a long run departing the zero at 7:00:00 am Saturday morning. On the trail this week for 4, 7, 0r 10. There will be a group departing at 5:50:00 am for 6.87 “extra” using the south part of the marathon course. Breakfast at Austin Diner on Burnet Rd at 9:04:12 am.
