Daylight savings time is all over us like white on rice. Please wear bright, reflective clothing and a blinking light on Thursdays…it wouldn’t hurt to do likewise on Tuesdays as well. You’ll be glad you did!
The Workout – 800 meter repeats

News – there will be a hill workout on Thursday. 5 mile tempo. There will be a long run on Saturday departing the zero at 7:00:00 am. On the trail this week for 4, 7, 0r 10. Austin Marathoners and CIMTG are scheduled for 15 miles and will be departing the zero at 6:09:00 am for 5 extra before meeting the group at 7:00:00 am for 10 more. One lazy member of CIMTG will be departing the zero at 5:25:00 am for a 10 mile loop on the trail prior to meeting the group at 7:00:00 for another 10 mile loop on the trail.
