Warmish, misty, humid and just not very January-like conditions greeted a fairly large contingent of Shipmates on this first workout of 2011. Way to coach, Al!

News – there will be a hill workout on Thursday (10 mile tempo). Don’t be alarmed by the apparent shortness of the map…we’ll run it twice! There will be a long run departing the zero at 7:00:00 am on Saturday. On the trail this week for 4, 7, or 10. BCMTG is scheduled for 15 and will do this 5 miler starting at 6:05:00 am prior to returning to the zero and joining the rest of the group for 10 more. Breakfast at Little Mexico (2304 S 1st St.) at 8:51:04 am.
