Last week’s weather kept the group’s size down but the numbers returned to normal last night. All agreed it was the coldest 60 degree workout ever! The wind and moisture on the leading edge of the next big cold front made for some interesting running down the home stretch. And what’s up with the pee wee football league in February?? Way to coach, Al!

Fast Group/Austin/Galveston = 5 x 1000
Fun Group = 3 x 1000
News – there will be a hill workout on Thursday (3 mile tempo). There will be a long run on Saturday departing the zero at 7:00:00 am. 10 miles, route TBA. Breakfast at 8:56:54 am at El Gallo…home of the little meats taco!
