We started the workout with some excellent tips from Nick and Jeff re working out when the weather is less than cooperative. In short, don’t do it. If you insist on doing it pay close attention to how you’re feeling. Drink a ton. More than you think you need. If you get dizzy or feel light headed at all back off, take it easy, and drink some more. Way to remind us, Nick and Jeff…and way to coach, Al!

News – there will be a hill workout on Thursday (repeats). There will be a long run on Saturday departing the zero at 7:00:00 am. In the hills this week for 11 or 8. Breakfast at Kerbey Lane (2606 Guadalupe) whenever you get there!
