With the Austin Marathon less than 9 months away…it’s time to start getting in marathon shape! The group was quite large with enthusiasm to spare (even despite Barbara’s early wardrobe malfunction). Way to coach, Al!

News – there will be a hill workout on Thursday (awesome 2 mile tempo). There will be a long run on Saturday departing the zero at 7:00:00 am. On the trail this week for 4, 7, or 10. TMTG will be departing the zero at 5:20:00 am for an extra 10. Breakfast at Cafe Express (3418 N Lamar) at 9:01:12 am.
