It was all of 72 degrees at the begininning of the workout and had plummeted to 68 degrees by time it was over. It finally feels like fall. Way to coach, Al!
The Workout – 400 meter repeats
Fast/Marathon Group = 12
Fun/Half Marathon Group = 8
R2BMTG = 6 (a la severe taper mode)
News – there will be a hill workout on Thursday (3 mile tempo or 5 mile tempo). There will be a long run on Saturday departing the zero at 7:00:00 am. We’ll be employing the Barton Hills Lollipop so the distance is 5.4 miles plus whatever you want to do on the trail. The shortest route possible is 7 miles. The longest is infiniti. Breakfast at Austin Diner (5408 Burnet) at 9:03:17 am.
