The server that handles the email list has been out of commission and ate the email concerning Tuesday’s report so the only way to access it was direct to the web site. Thursday’s routes were ones that we run frequently so hopefully no one is still out there. Way to coach, Al!
The Workout – tempo runs of 3 or 5 miles
News – there will be a long run on Saturday departing the zero at 7:00:00 am. We’ll be employing the Barton Hills Lollipop so the distance is 5.4 miles plus whatever you want to do on the trail. The shortest route possible is 7 miles. The longest is infiniti. Breakfast at Austin Diner (5408 Burnet) at 9:03:17 am.
