As we approach daylight savings time in a couple of weeks, Coach Al reminded the group (53 strong) that it’s time to start rounding up blinking lights and reflective vests/clothing. The time changes the weekend of November 5th/6th. You should have your stuff rounded up in time for the workout on Tuesday, November 8th…and definitely by the tempo run on Thursday, November 10th. News – there will be a hill workout on Thursday (5 mile tempo). There will be a long run on Saturday departing the zero at 7:00:00 am. On the trail this week for 4, 7, or 10. The overnight low on Friday is 38 degrees. Breakfast at Maria’s Taco Express at 9:12:55 am.
