News – there will be a hill workout on Thursday evening (5 mile tempo). There will be a long run Saturday departing the zero at 7:00:00 am. On the trail this week for 4, 9, 0r 15. It’s quite easy to run just about any distance on the trail. Since there isn’t technically a “9 mile loop” or a “15 mile loop” you can either string loops together or run out half the distance you need to cover, turn around, and run back to the zero.
