The group made a concerted effort to shorten the workout but Coach Al would have none of that…reminding them that they were only cheating themselves.  Way to coach, Al!

The Workout – 1200, 1000, 800, 600, 400, 200

News – there will be a hill workout on Thursday (5 mile tempo).  There will be a long run departing the zero at 7:00:00 am Saturday.  Off the trail this week for 9 or 17.  There will be water/gatorade at miles 2, 5, 8, 11, 13, and 15 on the long route and 2, 5, and 7 on the short route.  Breakfast at Dario’s at 8:55:12 am.
