The Workout – long hill/short hill (most did 6, some did extra)
News – there will be a long run on Saturday departing the zero at 7:00:00 am. The long route option is 13 miles, the slightly less long route option is 8 miles. Breakfast at Waterloo Ice House (38th & Medical Parkway) at 9:20:02 am.
