The Workout – 1 mile, 2 mile, and 2×800
News – there will be a hill workout on Thursday (4 mile tempo). There will be a long run on Saturday DEPARTING FROM SANDY’S MANSION AT 7:00:00 AM! Full Marathoners are scheduled for 20 miles, half marathoners are scheduled for 10 miles (u-turn at 49th/Bull Creek). FREE breakfast upon return to the mansion whenever you get there.
