If you’re not running 3M on Sunday, come cheer on the ship at the corner of Steck/Shoal Creek. Park in either Lowe’s or Luby’s parking lot. All you can eat breakfast at Luby’s at approximately 8:59:59 am after the last fool passes. Way to coach, Al!
The Workout – 400 meter repeats
Fun/Half Marathon Group = 6
Fast/Full Marathon Group = 10
News – there will be a hill workout on Thursday (7 mile tempo). There will be a long run on Saturday departing the zero at 7:00:00 am. Full marathoners are scheduled for 20, half marathoners are scheduled for 10. There will be Gatorade out there every few miles on both courses. Breakfast at Dario’s (1800 E 6th St) at 9:01:01 am (first shift) and 10:30:01 am (second shift).
