Happy Valentines Day!
Traffic = horrible. Weather = questionable. The group started with about 10 in attendance but quickly swelled to the mid-20s by time the drills were over. Way to coach, Al!
The Workout – 6 x 400
News – there will be a hill workout on Thursday (2 mile tempo). There will be a 4 mile option if 2 just doesn’t do it for you. There will be a long run departing the zero at 7:00:00 am on Saturday, route and distance TBA. Breakfast TBA as well.
Yet More News Still – the post-marathon lunch will be held at County Line on the Lake at 1:00:00 pm Sunday.
