Huge props to everyone who ran the Austin Marathon or Half Marathon on Sunday! There were about 50 people at tonight’s workout…at least 2/3s of which reported participating in one event or the other. Dr. Chris from Performance Wellness was nice enough to stop by for some complimentary evaluations and treatments. Thank you to Megan and ARC for setting this up…it was an enormous success! Way to coach, Al!!
The Workout – 2 mile, 1 mile
News – there will be a hill workout on Thursday (repeats!). There will be a long run departing the zero at 7:00:00 am Saturday. Off the trail this week for 10.71 or 21.42 if you do it twice (Bostonians). Breakfast at El Gallo (2910 S Congress) starting at 8:53:46 am (first shift).
