Another easy week full of acclimation type repeats to get the system prepared for the REALLY hot stuff that’ll be here in a month or so.  Way to coach, Al!

The Workout – a combination of 200s, 400s, and 800s
Fun Group = (ladder) 200, 200, 400, 800, 400, 200, 200
Fast Group = (scaffold) 200, 200, 400, 800, 800, 400, 200, 200

News – there will be a 100th Stampede on Wednesday night departing underneath I-35 at 7:00 pm.  There will be a hill workout on Thursday (repeats).  There will be a long run departing the zero at 7:00:00 am on Saturday.  On the trail this week for 4, 7, or 10.  There will be a small but feisty group starting at 5:40 am for 8 miles prior to joining the group at 7:00:00 am for more.  Breakfast at the new (and perhaps improved) Austin Diner at 8:57:18 am.
