A near perfect August night for a run enjoyed by many, many, many.  Welcome back, Tony!

The Workout – 800 meter repeats
Marathon/Fast Group = 6
Half Marathon/Fun Group = 4

News – there will be a hill workout on Thursday (tempo runs of 4 miles or 6 miles).  It might be a good idea to familiarize yourself with the map for the route you’re planning on running.  There will be a long run departing the zero at 7:00:00 am on Saturday.  On the trail this week for 5, 7, or 10 miles.  The parking area closest to the zero will most likely be unavailable due to the triathlon on Monday so plan accordingly.  Breakfast TBA.
