With football season now in full swing, consider this your annual reminder of proper procedure when the area contained within the O. Henry track is occupied by an official O. Henry sporting event (defined as one with game officials, yard markers, operational scoreboard, cheerleaders, fans, and the like). If you happen upon such a display, continue north on Exposition to Bridle Path, turn left and stop where it forks. The workout will continue there.
The Workout – 4 mile tempo
News – there will be a long run on Saturday departing the zero at 7:00:00 am. On the trail this week for 4, 6, or 10 miles. The 4 and 10 mile loops should be obvious. The 6 miler can be accomplished by running the 5 mile loop and adding an out/back to the steel restroom. Breakfast at Maria’s (2529 S Lamar) whenever you get there.
