The Workout – tempo runs of 3 miles or 6 miles (do the 3 miler twice)
News – there will be a long run departing the zero at 7:00:00 am on Saturday. Off the trail this week for 7.68 miles or 12.2 miles. The weather is going to be nearly perfect but we’ll have Gatorade out there every few miles anyway. Breakfast at Another Broken Egg whenever you get there.
More News – on 10/16 we will NOT be meeting at O. Henry or the restroom near the rock. We will be meeting at the intersection of Bullard & Great Northern for a 5k time trial. Here is a preview of the course to stoke your competitive fire! The time from this effort will be used to create or tweak your training plan for the Austin Marathon/Half Marathon.
