I love calendar anomalies…like today being 10/11/12. REMINDER! Tuesday’s workout (10/16/2012) will convene at the corner of Bullard/Great Northern at 6:15:00 pm. We’ll be doing a 5k time trial in order to fine tune your workout plan leading up to the Austin Marathon/Half Marathon. El Arroyo on Far West is reserving the patio for us post workout to kick start your recovery.
The Workout – tempo runs of 7 miles or 4 miles
News – there will be a long run on Saturday departing the zero at 7:00:00 am. On the trail this week for 4, 7, or 10 miles. Breakfast El Gallo whenever you get there.
More News – the Daisy 5k is exactly one month from today and Austin Runners Club needs volunteers. If you’re not running, volunteer!! If you’re not volunteering, race!!
