There was a football game at O. Henry, then Bridle Path was under construction, and then Bridle Path was clear. Way to be flexible, gang! Way to coach, Al!
The Workout – 1000 meter repeats (contrary to what your individual schedule might have said…see “flexibility” above)
News – there will be a hill workout on Thursday (5 mile tempo). As a side note, the 5 miler is a good tune up for Run for the Water this Sunday. A fair chunk of the course (and all of the hard parts) are duplicated. There will be a long run departing the zero at 7:00:00 am Saturday. On the trail this week for 9 or 10 miles. Breakfast at Casa Garcia (1000 S Lamar) at 9:00:00 am.
