The Workout – 5 mile tempo
News – there will be a long run departing the zero on Saturday at 7:00:00 am. On the trail (kinda) this week for 15 or 9 miles. Marathoners will do the Barton Hills Lollipop plus the 10 mile loop. Half Marathoners will do the Barton Hills Lollipop plus the 4 mile loop. Stay on Barton Hills without turning left on Wilke (there is a lot of contstruction going on there so the gatorade will be on Barton Hills by the school)!
