Talladega Nights was a pretty funny movie. Especially the part where the French driver is trying to explain to Ricky Bobby his racing pedigree. The way he pronounced Formula One as “Farm-you-la Un” should be the theme for Austin today and the next several days. Farm-you-la Un.
The Workout – 4.84 mile tempo
News – there will be a long run departing the zero at 7:00:00 am on Saturday. It is unclear how Farm-you-la Un will impact the parking or commute to the zero but it’s probably a good idea to allow some extra time to get down there. We’re off the trail this week for 9 miles or 17 miles. There will be coolers out every few miles. Breakfast at Cafe Express (3418 N Lamar) whenever you get there.
