Huge thank you to Coach Al and Sandy for opening up the mansion to the group on Saturday and feeding everyone never ending tacos, casseroles, cinnamon twists, coffee, orange juice, and adult beverages!  Way to coach, Al!!

The Workout – 2 x (6×400)

News – there will be a hill workout on Thursday (3 mile tempo).  There will be a long run departing the zero at 7:00:00 am Saturday.  Somewhat on the trail this week for 13 or 18 miles.  The half marathoners will be doing this 8 mile route followed by the 5 mile loop on the trail while the marathoners will be doing the same 8 mile route followed by the 10 mile loop on the trail.  Breakfast at Cafe Express whenever you get there.

Run every chance you get!
