The Workout – 3 mile tempo
News – there will be a long run departing the zero at 7:00:00 am Saturday. Somewhat on the trail this week for 13 or 18 miles. The half marathoners will be doing this 8 mile route followed by the 5 mile loop on the trail while the marathoners will be doing the same 8 mile route followed by the 10 mile loop on the trail. Breakfast at Cafe Express whenever you get there.
