I apologize for the delay in getting this one out!

The Workout – timed mile, indian file mile, 400 meters all out

News – there will be a hill workout on Thursday (repeats).  There will be a long run departing the zero at 7:00:00 am.  We’ll be doing the lollipop plus whatever additional on the trail you’d like to conquer.  The shortest route possible (SRP) from the zero around the pop and back is 7.5 miles.  Breakfast at Dario’s (1800 E 6th) commencing at approximately 8:49:18 am.
