It definitely busted 103 – 104 for tonight’s kickoff of the marathon/half marathon training.  It was rough but there were plenty of PRs and high bars set for February.  Way to coach, Al!

The Workout – timed mile (plus a few more if you were so inclined)

News – there will be a final Summer Stampede departing Brushy Creek at 7:00 pm Wednesday.  You know you want to come out and bid a fond farewell to this most excellent 5k series.  There will be a hill workout on Thursday (3 mile tempo).  There will be a long run departing the zero at 7:00:00 am on Saturday.  On the trail this week for 4, 7, or 10 miles.  Breakfast at Dario’s (1800 E 6th) at 9:00:00 am.
