The Workout – 5 mile tempo
News – there will be a long run departing the zero at 7:00:00 am on Saturday. You may have already noticed that Auditorium Shores is completely fenced off due to The Fun Fun Fun Festival. Parking will be problematic. If you’re running a few minutes late…we’ll be a few minutes down the road. Off the trail this week for 9 miles or 15.4 miles. There will be water or Gatorade at the following spots; Rockmoor/Cherry, 35th/Pecos (dry cleaners), and Windsor/Expo. Breakfast at Cafe Express as soon as you get there (spend $10 on breakfast and get a $10 coupon towards breakfast or dinner between 11/18 and 12/31).
