The Workout – 1200, 1000, 800, 600, 400, 200
News – there will be a hill workout on Thursday (5 mile tempo). There will be a long run departing the zero (ok, what’s left of it) at 7:00:00 am Saturday morning. Off the trail this week for 9.01 miles or 17.00 miles. Breakfast at El Gallo (2910 S Congress) whenever you arrive and continuing until you are ready to leave.
